Hi, yeah... I recently got a message from someone talking about Art Theft... which isn't good. I just want to say that all my Pokémon splices are all (C)Nintendo, and all the sprites used are (C)Nintendo and come from [link] .
You won't be banned. The admins will simple remove the conflicting art. Though, if you continue to upload art like this after they remove it, they may ban you.
